Flown away!

Flown away!
The chirping birdie left the nest!
The flapping of wings is not to be heard!
The small, little, sharp beak
no more to rub mama 's shoulder!
The food on the plate goes stale
without anyone to peck!
The little birdie has flown away
To nestle in a different nest,
Believing in the strength of its own wings!
No more does it need
the warmth of mama's feathers!
No more does it want to see
the world with mama's bird eye view!
Whilst the view of mama is fading
The scene that it sees seems to be a different one!
Mama is happy seeing her baby flying
But with the longing for the home coming!
The nest now seems to be just
interwining dried twigs and dried leaves,
It is not a home to sleep in peace!
The season changed
The tree is nude with no leaves to hide.
Still mama bird sits in the nest
with open wings waiting to
cuddle her once flown baby bird!
Time will fly!
The green leaves will cover the tree again!
The flowers will bloom
The fragrance will fill the air!
Welcoming sign for the baby to come again!
The baby shall come back .
The interwined twigs and dried leaves
will once again become a
Nest to nestle and cuddle!
The chirping music will play again
The small, little , sharp beak
will rub her shoulders once again......
